How to differentiate on EUS in head and neck of pancreas. What are the vessels that differentiate head and neck , body.

There are some landmarks which are useful. At Genu, portal confluence is seen.

No vessel differentiates body and tail. Post Genu, the body is seen extending into tail. Splenic vessels can be seen near the tail and coursing along the body
