U are absolutely correct Eva, self care/ body work is truly necessary and a must, but gets pricey as well. Most lower and even middle class working women cannot afford to do it on a consistent manner. I would rather not have any outstanding balances on credit cards, and debt. 😢

Sounds so entitled, accupun, chiropractic, infrared, saunas, etc you know the co-pays for all this beyond paying every month for med. Insurance, gets pretty expensive! Pls stop giving this advice, it's not that we don't know that it's beneficial or that we don't want it, it's that we cannot afford it!
