Mzee, you should be training the new detectives. If they returned the body to scene of crime, then its is only for purpose of stage managing the scene. That was School boy error.

Excellent analysis. I love police work. Please talk about the National Police Service, the two service of the national police service (kenya police and administration police). Talk about the DCI and explain that the DCI is an arm of the national police service and it draws its members from KP and AP and is answerable to the inspector general. Talk about the bad blood between DCI and General Duty (GD). Talk about the command structure of the police. Talk about the fights kinoti had with Boinett when he (Boinett) directed that DCI heads must be a rank lower than their KP regional, county and subcounty commanders. The chain of command must also be followed by all within the police force your boss is your boss always. He was not the IGP he was a DIGP in rank and therefore answerable to the IGP the police standing orders are very clear and must be followed by everyone no matter how important you may feel

DCI Kinoti was a disgrace. He was one of ex-president Kinyaata's Mr Fix it. At some point I believe another Ji-Tenge will come up and expose this guy same way it's happening here likes of Beewhat,Thungu,Gethi and coy. A total disgrace of himself,shame!

I tend 2 think there are many reasons here. Maybe some do not want their pple 2 experience' hell they went through. Some others are downright jealous of empowering their pple and others out there fear blame and finger pointing once the pple they secured jobs in the disciplined forces are killed,maimed or deformed in the course of duty. A story is told of a certain guy who secured a job 4 a certain dude in police force and after graduating the dude was deployed in the volatile zones in North Eastern region where he was massacred by the enemies they were pursuing. The dude's parents and some of his siblings were on the guys throat cursing and throwing barbs and tirades 2 the jamaa.
