One of my TOP Rules for Steady Moving Forward: Rule: #1 *** IF you want something you never had You MUST do 'Some Thing' you never did. ***More importantly (if your a competitive type) Do something no one else might think to do. Re: Training. Research. Gaining knowledge. Doing what is required for the desired target. ***Remembering there are many others on this earth. 1. Remove financial gain from my mindset with my business; don’t focus on closing a sale; focus on helping my clients and growing with them 2. The insecurity of what people are thinking about me in a situation; always needing to impress them or have validation from them in my career- personal life, and thoughts. Be my own person, don’t manipulate stuff to make myself a star of the conversation, kill my ego. 3. Stay on top of my workload for myself, keep myself eating good food that is healthy and will help me, find motivation in tasks without being asked or having other people influence that decision

1. I feel I can better serve people by being a listening ear. I believe I'm always moving so much in life that I don't take out time to listen to people issues and see how I can serve them. 2. I think I need to defeat the fear of thinking on my feet. I have the insecurity that I can't communicate well and advocate/advise well for my client but I know this is not true. 3. I need to keep the promise of getting up every morning and finding the right schedule.

How can I better serve people? Give them the feeling of worthiness and importance Giving them confidence upon their journey Giving them confidence that they are beautiful, smart and talented Giving them all empathy which i never had What fear or insecurity do I need to defeat? If i am not politically correct with my seniors at my job, I will end up in hot waters and will eventually ruin my career. Standing up for my vision will make me odd one out again and people will think I am the crazy one. Bending up to people for short term gains is the way i need to learn What promise did you make yourself that I need to keep? I will never give up. I will never let my mistakes, give power to other people, to rub on my face that my vision to life is odd. I will always keep my focus on the goal on self actualization, silently or vocally but will never quit. No matter how slow but will always stick to it. Act with integrity even left alone. Never surrender to mediocrity of other people. Will always think big and will always do big and best even If i have to face bully, mockery or isolation.

I don't see any harm in being PC with your management team, as long as it goes both ways. Keeping your dreams alive and risking being the odd man out is frightening, but it is so worth it! Think about the visionaries who have created everything we use from cars, phones, electricity, airplanes, computers, cell phones, the list goes on. If not for their risks to be bold, we would not have any of these things. Be bold! Live! Look at Evan's videos and those of other motivational speakers. One thing they have in common...they had an idea and took the first step. I have faith that you can do it!

We believe you can learn something from everyone. You don't have to listen to him, implement what works for you.
