In this video, KTVA Singer Sara Loera brings it all as she performs Evanescence - Bring Me To Life.

Amy Lee sort of redefined what modern rock could expect from a female frontwoman.
Up until then, most rock singers were defined by raspy belty sounding vocals.
Amy Lee brought a new dimension to that by combining a rock sound with a more ethereal gothic opera sound.
This literally helped spawn a whole new generation of female vocalists who could see themselves combining different forms of opera and rock together, as we have seen in bands like Nightwish.
So Sara and I decided to take on this piece to see how we would fare in this arena.

Sara is such a talented singer who I believe could and does sing just about any song or genre. She is also very attractive, and beautiful, with a lovely smile. The way she moves and sways to the music, makes me think she would have a great stage presence. The best compliment I could give you Sara, is that I would be happy to pay to see and hear you perform. Whether it be a solo or lead singer, or both, I would be happy. She has covered several songs that I enjoyed in my youth and even today. Thank you Sara for sharing your covers, it's greatly appreciated.

She has to be the best voice out of all of your students I've seen so far, her and Alyona were the voices I loved the most, but your students are all great singers, unbelievable. I would also like to give you Ken a suggestion I just thought of, I just run by a song after so many years called Back for Good from Take That and went to see if any of your students ever done it and I couldnt find it. Hope you're doing okay Sara. Great job. I actually found this song (& many others) performed by RocknMob recently. Very different to your performance. They're gritty, not all that polished. But I like it too.
