I don't understand everything you said inline of ebuka obi. the man wasn't giving a testimony. After testimony, during ministration ebuka called out for submission of charm and this man was among those that came out, If you know ebuka so well, you would have noticed that whenever ppl thank him during a testimony, He would always refer them to God. See if I am a pastor and I want to do arrangee, I wouldn't do it with submission of charm that is done willingly, rather I will do it for healing.
