I. Prepare the ingredients
Glutinous rice flour: 100g to 120g (varies with different practices, subject to specific recipe)
Corn starch: 35g to 50g (adjust according to the recipe)
Sugar: 40 grams (can be increased or decreased according to personal taste)
Milk: 100g to 150g (for mixing the batter)
Passion fruit: 5 or 100g of pulp (adjust according to the size and sweetness of the passion fruit)
Butter: 10g to 15g (for texture and anti-stickiness)
Cooked glutinous rice flour: appropriate amount (used to prevent sticking, the glutinous rice flour can be fried until slightly yellow)

Pre-preparation:
