red velvet cake recipe
preheat oven at 180 °c bottom element only
sieve 2.5 cups flour+1 tbsp cocoa powder1/2 tsp + 1/4 salt in a bowl 5 times
set aside
beat 4 eggs + cup of white sugar
add cup of vegetable oil
add buttermilk or add tablespoon of vinegar to cup of fresh milk to make buttermilk
add a tablespoon of vanilla and 1 tsp red colour and tsp of vinegar
sieve in flour mixture to egg mixture
mix for 30 seconds ,don't overmix
grease pan with butter and bake for 15 min
