Paneer capsicum masala :
Ingredients:
Paneer - 1 big pockets
Peanut oil - 4 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Big onion - 3 no’s finely chopped
Green chili- 4 no’s finely chopped
Salt - 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Tomato - 4 no’s finely chopped
Capsicum - 1 no
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Pepper - 1 tsp
Chat Masala - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Madras curry powder - 1/2 tsp
Kashmir red chili powder - 2 tsp
Coriander leaves
Jeera Rice
Ingredients:
Oil - 1 tbsp
Ghee - 2 tsp
Cinnamon - small stick
Cardamom - 1
Cloves - 1
Bay leaf - 1
Black cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Big onion - 2 no’s
Green chili - 4 no’s
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Basmathi rice - 2 cups
Hot water - 3 cups
Salt - 2 tsp
Brownie recipe:
Chocolates - 300 g
Butter - 3/4 cup ( 175g )
Granulated sugar - 3/4 cup
Brown sugar - 3/4 cup
Eggs - 4 no’s
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Vanilla essence - 1 1/2 tsp
All purpose flour - 3/4 cup
Cocoa powder - 1/2 cup
Baking Temperature - 170 C or 350 F
Baking time - 40 minutes
9*9 square baking pan
