Why are you so sure that intercourse is rape. Did the slave women told you that the intercourse was a rape. What if they both mutually agreed for that intercourse with out compulsion from each other we don't know what actually happened. Or what if the slave women liked or loved the prophet Muhammad. We don't know what's on her heart only God and herself know what's on her heart. And there is no compulsion in islam. Islam is the religion of peace and it always will be.

Consequently, we had sexual relations with these women. Al-Jalalayn: save what your right hands own, of captured [slave] girls, whom you MAY HAVE sexual intercourse with, EVEN IF they should have spouses among the enemy camp

That's not read correctly in english in the original text it doesn't say "except for those" ! It sais you can make her lawful in marriage with gifts ... What is that bullshit there is no mention of except in the original text, the aya means if you capture a married prisoner from even she is kafira meaning she does not beleve in islam, her marriage is considered void and she become halal for muslims in sexual relationship (since having sexual relationships with married women are haram ) after she become pure, so premare gifts and ida to ask her for mariage !. This is the original text : " ۚ فَمَا اسْتَمْتَعْتُم بِهِ مِنْهُنَّ فَآتُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ" There is no mention of having a sexual relationship with her without Mariage, without her consent, or anything like you sick people are imagining.

Surely, Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise. - Mufti Taqi Usmani And women in wedlock (are forbidden to you), except what your right hands possess. It is the prescribing (Literally: the book) of Allah for you. And lawful for you, beyond all that, is that you seek after (them) with your riches (i.e., that you pay them a dowry) in wedlock, other than in fornication. So (with) whomever of these (women) you enjoy the privilege of marriage, then bring them their rewards as an ordinance, and it is no fault in you in whatever you consented to among yourselves even after the ordinance. Other women are lawful to you, so long as you seek them in marriage, with gifts from your property, looking for wedlock rather than fornication.
