David Stein is great. His rational, attitude and explanation are non bias. He seems very honest. Definitely not a blowhards like many other pundits on utube. The demographic discussion was great. Anh Nguyen.

David’s analysis on China debt structure is very refreshing. Also on the debt problem of EverGrande, he offered an definitive conclusion rather than two ways about it. I am on his side, as long as the GDP grows in commensurate with the stimulus QE, QE will not cause inflation. Anh Nguyen

So 100 trillion will not cause inflation? Have you not heard the refrain too much money chasing to few goods? Serious mistake to assume 3.5 trillion will not do the same, inflate goods and services cost.. especially when the creation just isn't growing as it should- scarcity.. prices always goes up. And I would point out Corporations are playing this to the hilt!!! Keeping production only high enough to maintain monopoly.

@@mikedar8484 Does not matter how much stimulus, monetary (QE) or fiscal (government spending) if the increase in GDP is equal to the amount of spending, there would be no inflation. Of course, there will be some lag time between stimulus and the GDP increase, and there will be inflation in this lag time. That is why the inflation would be transitory. We have QE since 2008 to now with no inflation.

@@Kukaboora LOLOL.. who taught you that? Most of this money will go into wall street derivatives, prices will rise. We did have >< 1.5-1.75% inflation under Obama and under Trump it grew to 2%... where you get your data I have no idea, Learn a lesson, the entire reason the Fed Reserve exists is to protect what was sold last year/s value by inflation this year. Part of the deal made back in ??1913, the Fed set up a 2% inflation deal in exchange for handling the currency.

@@kingzion3032 1. China is not true capitalist free enterprise. The central planing polo bureau could take away any successful business and make it state owned. 2. The Alibaba shares listed in the United States have no validity, they have no legal status and essentially worthless. Investors in the US must be aware of this risk.

I heard that housing is 30% of the $14.5 Trillion Chinese economy yesterday, not 20% as stated vs. the United States Housing market at 17%. The justification was Chinese population's stock market investments are much lower than the United States.

It would be eve better if students were not borrowing hand over fist.. while ill prepared to enter University and unwilling to last 4 years. Debt is fine... if you can repay it.. and the threat of debt repayment should regulate taking on debt. Markets are made that way, students ignored it that way.

@@armentumhominum9931 Yeah... right.... 'Institutions' should know if the applicant is a moron, lazy after all... we cannot allow people to chose on their own what they want or think they are qualified for... @@mikedar8484 I agree IF said institutions aren't bailed out when they go bankrupt. Which isn't the case. So they should be held responsible as well.
