Everlast Elite Training Gloves Review

Most people will associated Everlast with a cheaper pair of gloves but these gloves are solid proof that the Elite Training gloves are indeed meant for elite athletes and higher pros. I love these gloves and I think you will too!

@@Cashouttt.S hey bro. It turned out ok for me in the end. They’re not super tight and as heavy as let’s say a twins 14oz. But sure it should be just fine on you man.

They are very balanced in weight from knuckle and wrist and are actually quite slim and light because they use synthetic leather not real leather. Hope this helps :D

I love these gloves and though i haven't tried the new Elite model, I was disappointed to see that it's not made with the same rugged material. Do you know of another glove more similar in feel?

Are these like a hybrid of a pillow and defensive glove? Trying to find affordable gloves with the best knuckle protection.

I would say defensive but certainly not a pillow glove! However it does protect your knuckles like a pillow would if that makes any sense. It isn't soft externally like a pillow BUT the knuckle/wrist support of these gloves are amazing

Everlast elite vs powerlock.. Which one would you recommend?

Elite! They do eventually get broken in enough to be a decent sparring glove but they take a lot of time. Powerlocks are decent but for sure I'd say go with Elites. Powerlocks just take less time to break in

Stiff on the outside. Soft on the inside. Its a precision/ protection glove.

Also I forgot to ask is that I’m a lightweight and I have kinda skinny wrists. Do the gloves have a wide end when you put them on or do they have like a snug fit around you’re wrist if that makes sense

Hi there friend! Sorry it took me so long to reply! After a while they open a little bit more but they are somewhat stiff in the finger opening department BUT I find them good enough to parry and catch shots if done correctly that is. The gloves can get as tight as you really need them but I would get a smaller oz in glove weight if you were to get a pair! Thanks for the comment let me know if you get them and how they are!

How do they feel on the hand compared to winning gloves?

I think Winnngs are just a little more comfortable. I will say that Winnings have a nicer feeling to them when you hit things and they are a little more protective for the general consumer. However, these are a hand tank in my opinion. It is a unique glove. In short, I like winnings better but not by much!

the stitching comes all the way up on to the part of the glove you hit with so it which could scrape them. its up to you though. im buying them for sparring in 14 oz

If you use the gloves 3 Too 4 Times a Week these gloves Will feel Soft. If your a Sissy 1 times a Week it Will Feel Stiff.

Rs11v are AMAZING sparring/mitt gloves. But as far as overall bag work/mitt work goes I like the Elites a lot. I would give them a tie honestly! Rs11vs are way softer and have more of a padded feel where as the elites are like tanks on your hands

The fight gloves are exactly that! However these gloves are actually incredibly stiff. I've almost had them for an entire year and used them 1000000 times and they are still really stiff. Soft no. Mexican feel? Eh kinda they have a good feedback but they are like having two tanks on your hands lol.

Thee Combat Corporation So you don’t suggest sparring with Elite, and when it comes to Bag, Intellishock is better, then why not get intellishock for mitts and bag? Would you say that is fair conclusion?

I'd say the Everlast elite...the rivals intellishock are so expensive... might as well get the Cleto Reyes...18oz
