so i just want to be honest and transparent with you guys because i know how concerning it is to have get-togethers during a pandemic. i am aware it's reckless and i am aware that i need to wash my hands and wear a mask and i do all that. i want you all to know that we took precautions leading up to and during this staycation (because we literally only left the house to do a photoshoot in a field and run an errand or two) - tiernan quarantined for two weeks at his parents' house before driving down and the three of us all work remotely so we rarely leave our houses anyway. we wear masks if/when we go out, wash our hands, etc, but obviously it's still a risk. i'm writing this not as an excuse but because i take this pandemic seriously and i want you to take it seriously too and i do need to be held accountable. tiernan had planned on coming before taylor even announced evermore, so he just happened to be here when it dropped and we all saw it as an opportunity we couldn't pass up. and obviously emily is my roommate so we've been together since this whole thing started.
also if anyone counts how many times i say SO TRUE i'll give you a gold star
