For Vaniki players, they are available at level 65 due to the server ruleset....Which is great timing because that's around the point where leveling with a merc has been declining for a while. HA's at level 65 on Vaniki are amazing for real exp. Other than a power level, I suspect it would literally be the best experience one could get at that point.

Yep for sure, Vaniki is an outlier in that and also having lots more players leveling up than there would be this late into content! IIRC just completing one of those gribbles with a lesson on took me from 65 to 70 once LOL.
