I never understood the hate AS4 is getting, it's sooo good! The cast, the drama, the fashion, the twist, the challenges... Loved it and love to re-watch it

AS5 being above any other AS season just makes it clear that IMDB ratings mean crap

I think a lot of the reason all stars 4 is so low is because of angry fans review bombing after Manila was eliminated

All stars 4 is literally my second favorite all stars season. Cast, drama, challenges, lipsyncs, iconic moments that changed the show forever. This season is IT

All stars 5 should be waaaay lower imo. The top 3 and Alexis were amazing, but the cast and challenges in general fell a little flat for me

I'm surprised All Stars 5 is so high... It's literally the only All Stars season I'd go as far as to say that it was a bad season.

I think people don‘t give AS3 and AS4 enough love. They‘re such good seasons with incredible challenges.

My controversial take is that the first 6 episodes of AS3 and AS4 were just as good as AS2, but they both followed the same formula of ep6 ending with a controversial elimination, ep7 being a bad acting challenge, and the finale having a dissatisfying conclusion. I personally think they are both more rewatchable than AS2 though because every queen felt like they went home when it was their time or in the case of Aja and Thorgy their elimination was good TV and they are now two of the most well-liked "robbed" queens. there weren't any mean-spirited villain storylines and there wasn't anybody being strung along with zero chance for the crown.

I think the vs the world format is fun however I think the UK and Canada franchises would probably benefit from their own All Stars.

Honestly, I am shocked that All Stars 4 is lower than All Stars 1 and 8 because aside from a few issues, it isn't jarring in my opinion. All Stars 1 and 8 are sometimes really hard to get through because of the obvious favouritism, the cringe and the amount of aggression and negativity.

Honestly, I loved UK vs The World because it has literally no parallels in how the game was played, we have never seen another season where the queens actually used smart strategy to eliminate the threats for the crown, and we probably never will. It also helps that there was no money on the line so nobody was robbed out of $100k, and the queens who were "robbed" (aka fairly eliminated but people didn't like it) got the biggest boost from the season.

Based on how I enjoyed the seasons, it's this ranking: 1. AS7 (fantastic artistry, wholesome / quite positive, new concepts) 2. AS6 & AS2 (good drama, innovative, memorable, great redemptions) 4. AS3 (good season with iconic moments) 5. AS4 & AS5 & CvW (enjoyable, good cast but a bit forgettable) 8. AS8 (some great moments, too much obvious favouritism, justified negativity and frustration from the cast) 9. AS1 & UKvW (some memorable moments and great lipsyncs, a lot of cringe, questionable looks, frustrating eliminations)

AS7 will forever be my comfort season. It was one of the most pleasant, positive and fun viewing experiences I've ever had with Drag Race, the non-elimination format made a world of difference, the level of talent was insane and we got world-class drag week after week. The only thing I don't like about it is how we didn't get to see a lot of the backstage drama like Raja yelling at Michelle Visage 🤣

I feel like the difference between the domination of Jimbo and the domination of DeLa is that Jimbo (while she did well in the sewing challenges too) only won comedy challenges (RDR, promos, Snatch Game, and the roast) while DeLa won everything but the ball (Talent show, Rusical, improv, snatch game, and girl groups). I also think people underestimated DeLa coming into the season. They were saying it's made for Trixie to win and then DeLa goes on a tear. People forget that DeLa was realistically Bianca's only competition on S6.

The Derek drama in AS5 was ONE episode, everything after that was just messy!

The level of talent in AS2 was only matched by AS7, but the "you have to eliminate each other" twist was brand new then, and it made everything much more entertaining. They also slayed all the challenges, no one really flopped anything besides Coco and Phi Phi in episode 1. Also surprised AS5 is top 4, I really hated that season.

I'm an AS4 fan. Gia, Farrah falling, Valentina's delusion, the introduction to Lalaparooza, Mo and Monet doing amazing just after 10, Naomi eliminating Manila, the controversial tie. AS4 supremacy

concerning mera's last point! because of UNHhhh, i started drag race with S7, AS2, and then AS3 back in 2021 and it absolutely made sense as an introduction. then i watched some iconic (6, 9, 12) or current seasons (13, AS6) so NOT in order, and i didn't need to because i basically learned the drag race lore & tea on youtube.

Couldn’t disagree more I think All Stars 4 is revolutionary and pretty much changed the game when it comes to All Stars.. I think that the queens on this season all had a storyline and weren’t really pushed to the background. Everyone shined. The challenges were really fun imo. Jersey justice, the club creation, the lalaparuza, even the final 4 rumix was catchy. I will agree that the final 5 acting challenge was a miss, and the roast had more fails than successes. But I think every episode was enjoyable with good drama. Imo AS4 is top 3

AS2 - legendary television AS7 - pure excellence on display AS4 - best runways, amazing cast AS6 - feels too long but really finds it’s stride #teamkylie AS8 - entertaining, solid challenges AS3 - middle of the road AS1 - episode 1 alone makes it AS5 -genuinely the only all stars i will never watch again

honestly all stars 4 is one of my favorite seasons. maybe im a little biased because it was the first season ever I've seen while it actually aired but I just think everything is so good besides the judging. even tho the judging is off, the elimination order still feels correct to me and the cast is in my opinion one of the best all stars cast there is. the lip syncs are great, there's good drama and funny moments, the challengers were good and the lip syncs were mostly phenomenal. great season which is getting slandered mostly because manila got eliminated.

All Stars 4 is my favorite season, if it had a design challenge in it it would be top tier drag race season of all time !

I truly don’t understand the hate for all stars 4. I’d put it so much higher. I feel like people pick in choose when drama is good or bad. Like everyone is saying Kandy is dumb for not getting rid of Jimbo. But folks don’t like that Naomi eliminated Manila? It just seems like certain queens can’t win with the fandom.

So... talking which season to start someone with on Drag Race, I have had more success starting with season 5 than anything else, and then go from there to All-Stars 2. That makes all the sense to me. They can watch 6 and 7 and 8 and 9 in order after that, and then let that lead into All-Stars 3. I feel like that sequence leads beautifully through the best hey day and glory of the show. But arguably, if someone doesn't mind knowing who wins a bunch of seasons, starting with All-Stars 7 is fabulous too. Just so great and low stress with no eliminations and endlessly brilliant drag queens performing gloriously.

I have an inside joke about screaming Pink Ranger’s Pterodactyl at my older brother. I was sitting the whole episode hoping you would and you came thru in that outro!

1. AS2 - Literally one of the best casts of all time, actually felt like an All Stars season because everyone had at least one win going in, so many iconic moments. 2. AS7 - Again, going off of my praise of AS2, it felt like an actual All Stars season because everyone was on the same playing field. The only thing that soured was the number of episodes and that twist in the last competitive episode to ensure Shea made top 4. 3. AS6 - A refreshing change of pace, having more than 10 queens made the season feel fulfilling, great cast, great redemptions, some unfair placements and eliminations but that’s like every season. 4. AS3 - Great cast, AMAZING challenges, great redemptions, DeLa’s self elimination is honestly iconic, it could’ve been even better if it wasn’t for the mistreatment of Thorgy and Aja and also that jury twist. 5. AS8 - I have a feeling this will get lower with time, it’s a decent cast, queens that were good to see back, but half of them didn’t seem like they even wanted to be there, basically Jimbo’s season to win from the start though, pretty good challenges, and some shocking eliminations. 6. UKvsTW - Hot take, I don’t think this season was as bad as people say, I loved the cast but do not like a 9-queen cast format, the shocking eliminations made it so exciting to watch, the runways were great, where it falls flat for me are the challenges and the decline of Juju’s character arc. 7. AS4 - Started off great but I believe this was also the catalyst for the downfall of later seasons by having contestants who sucked on their original seasons be given the “All-Star” title, the challenges were pretty good, but what killed it was the judging, Manila’s elimination, and that double win (I feel like it’s aged better with time though because I do see both of them as true winners, just not of this season) 8. CANvsTW - Pretty great cast, same complaint with UKvsTW, I hate the 9-queen format, challenges were fine at best, trash garbage at worst, Icesis quitting soured the season for me, as well as the favoritism of Rita (again), and I LOVE Ra’Jah, but this was not her strongest showing, I still feel like she should’ve won AS6 instead. 9. AS5 - The definition of a filler season, like it honestly was so boring to watch, literally could’ve spotted the top 3 from a mile away, though Ongina quitting was an upset for me, the challenges were actually good for the most part (besides the hotel one), I swear I have nothing against Shea but by the end I wanted either Cracker or Juju to win because I found them way more enjoyable to watch this season. Also the lip sync assassin twist did not work for me this season. 10. AS1 - I don’t need to spend much time on this one, amazing cast and the untucked episodes are legendary, the partners twist was dumb and hindered the season, the challenges were bad, the eliminations were painful, and it was crystal clear who they wanted to win, so why even bother having Raven (who had three bottoms and no wins) go up against Chad (who had three wins and one bottom) and giving her false hope that she could even be considered to be the winner of the season.

Debating if AS8 was better than AS3 is COMICAL

I was expecting UK vs The World to be ranked the second worst. It was shocking to me that is was ranked worse than All Stars 1.

I think All Stars 7 is the BEST season of all stars if you only count episodes 1 to 10 lmaooo let's act like the last 2 never happened.

I enjoy AS4 more than 6 and 8. I'm most surprised these days how much I love All Stars 1!

I’ll be honest. I was pretty down on All Stars 8 but I feel like it picked up steam at the Snatch Game episode, and wasn’t as bad by the end of it. Heidi being randomly overlooked, and Kandy sounding like she was reading what production wanted her to say in confessional definitely were a low point, though.

Watching All Stars 1 I had a Lot of fun with the challenges, cast and overall productioj. The only downside is the couple thing but besides that I would put it in the top 5 of Best All Stars. Mi top is: 10. AS5 By far the worst very predictable and Bad produced with the Alexis-India-Derick thing, Queens voting themselves to go Home, some shade was not in camera, etc. 9. AS8 - Predictable but with funny Moments, Kandy is not the Big deal and I can't remember any of this season. 8. Canadá vs The World - This is Allstars 6 leftovers vs the world, there were few chapters 7. AS4 Good drama I love it but the winners were unexpected 6. UK vs the world, Drama and I really loved it 5. AS3 A really Good cast, with drama and talent 4. AS1 I really love every catchphrase of this thing with My all favorite Queens 3. AS7 The winners did the Best All Stars season but the Bad edit to My beloved Yvie and other things makes me not enjoy this season. 2. AS2 this is the Best season because of drama but I really wanted see people shine like Tatianna or Jaremi aka Phiphi. 1. AS6 this is rudemption this season is a reinvention of the allstars seasons and regular seasons, normally I get bored of every Challenge because everything is the same but this season they used their Brain to make a spectacular season

Lowest to highest for me: CAvsTW (I don't get why this one is rated so high - only good thing is the final episode and winner), AS5, AS3, UKvTW, AS8, AS1 (Idk.. it's not great, but it's just something about the old school Drag Race that hits differently), AS4 (the last two episodes aside, I had so much fun watching this season), AS7, AS6, AS2

So true about All Stars 4. Episode 2 is the only episode really with not an overproduced placement every other episode had wild placements like Trinity winning the talent show, Valentina being bottom for Snatch Game, everyone being in the bottom for the roast, Monet winning the makeover challenge

AS4 is a season of two halves for me. Up to the Lalapalooza it was good to great. And then it was all downhill. Similar to AS3. I think All Stars often struggles with the ending but starts strong

My friend jumped into Drag Race during the last few episodes of S14 after we watched AS6 then As7 (when it aired) After we went back and watched all their orginal seasons.

The lip syncs in All Stars 4 are fire! That alone makes me rank it higher.

UKvTW was just really hard to watch as a superfan because it's the best AS cast since AS2 and then we lose Jimbo after 3 episodes and Pangina after 4. If this had been an 8-episode season with one more queen and a non-elim, it would have fixed a lot. That elimination order should have been No One > Cheryl > Juju > Janey > Lemon > Jimbo & Mo lose at lipsyncs, Pangina beats Blu for the win.

Seasons 4, 5, and 6 really were the golden age.

I watched UKvsTW the other night and I actually enjoyed it so much more knowing that Jimbo absolutely got her flowers and that Pangina/Janey have the potential to go on another Allstars. The one thing that brought it down, because I actually love the controversial chops is Jujubee being so subpar but getting dragged to the final. I love her but she wasnt pulling her weight at all I would’ve put CvsTW AS1 AS5 AS8 below UKvsTW imo

for the all winners season. the attack on raja was wild. It was a great showing though for jada jinx and raja. They deserve the world.

AS4 is one of my favs. the RUNWAYS are the best of any season plus some epic queens.

Honestly UK Vs The World was a mess on so many levels so I understand, too short, weird judging decisions, the Queens consistently sending the wrong Queens home, most of the cast didn't come across as likeable especially compared to their previous seasons.

Shocked with AS5 placement; this and UKVTW are the only seasons I've never fully watched, just kept up with what was happening with social media. For me personally, UKVTW > AS5 > AS1 > AS8> AS4 > CVTW > AS6 > AS3 > AS7> AS2

I never thought I’d see the day where all stars 1 wasn’t at the bottom.

If all stars 2 aired today it wouldn’t have the same reception. It was just such an upgrade and exciting for its time. It was full of everything the fans complain about today with not keeping the most talented,best performers the relaskatox alliance, and a very obvious choice for a winner before the season even aired. But to be honest I can’t think of any allstars season that the winner hasn’t been evident from the cast announcement other than allstars 4.

I didn’t even finish All Stars 5 because I got bored. I’m surprised it’s so high on the IMDB list.

Everyone has their own liking and dislike so it’s fun to share. My top three AS : 1. AS 7 2. AS 4 (I love both Trinity and Monét) 3. AS 3 (I love Trixie and her achievements had proved that she deserved to be crowned) I bottom dislikes : 1. AS 8 (I’m sorry but Kandy Muse … I cannot) 2. UK vs the World (I’m fine with Blu but far too biased in favor of Baga chips) 3. AS 2 ( dislike Rolaskatox. The alliance toppled the competition) I didn’t really consider AS 1 cos it’s too forgettable

All Stars 3 is the definition of "Starting strong and flaming out quickly" 'cause the first four episodes of AS 3 are probably the strongest string of episodes in all of Drag Race. Then Episode 5 and 6 start to lose steam and the last two episodes are just bad outside of the Ornacia/"They gonna MeMe your ass to death" moment.

I watched Season 8 and then everyone I knew was like "Watch AS2!" and felt weird the whole time cause it felt like I should know who these queens are but I just didn't. So I felt alientated and not as into it because nobody I knew from S8 was there.

All Stars 7 really should have been called Drag Race : Winners Lap
