Every match of Ultrakill multiplayer would basically be a guy who can barely aim fighting against V2 on the hardest difficulty. Balancing this game for PvP is simply not possible.

I dont know if you still need this advice, but to hit a core nuke more consistently dont core eject with maximum force, eject it with 1-2 bars of charge up
