This list would work better as "the least evil to most evil" type of list. Regular power wise, it doesn't stand. Political power wise, it doesn't stand.

I do think some of these were a little off but not a bad list. I do think the Mulan villain should have been higher. He had an army of thousands before the avalanche and the cunning to sack China. I would move him up to just under Maleficent or around there at least. I would say he was the most dangerous Disney villain that didn't have magic.

i always found it funny how hades fire is always blue except when he gets angry which is when it gets red/orange. reason thats funny is cause blue flame is hotest flame meaning when he is angry his flame becomes weaker, proving that he burns hotter when he is calm and his emotions makes him weak

Some of the early placements are pretty weird, but honestly, above all else, all this really made me want was to see a (scale-adjusted) fight between Ratigan and Gaston. I know Gaston is strong, but I'd always kind of played down his intelligence and PR ability. I still think Ratigan would win pretty soundly, but it'd probably be closer than I gave Gaston credit for. Especially since Ratigan is so showy and Gaston is way more cunning than you would expect him to be. I think Gaston would outsmart him once and exactly once since Ratigan would likely write him off as just a meathead as I tend to instinctively. Gaston, however, does not have a trained kaiju. That's a major weakness.

The Horned King is from The Black Cauldron, notably one of the lowest rated Disney films though I think it’s way better than Chicken Little or Home on The Range. He’s basically a Necromancer. He has a dark castle of murderous thieves and barbarians, pet wyverns, rabid attack dogs, and for a short time, the indestructible Black Cauldron, which summoned an entire undead army, though he was quickly thwarted when the cauldron’s spell was undone.

Fun fact: In the original Hunchback of Notre Dame story, Frollo actually fell in love with Esmerelda. Since he was a Catholic Archdeacon, he convinced himself that she was sent by the Devil to tempt him away from the Church. But he still couldn't resist her, and ordered Quasimodo to kidnap her to be his bride. Quasimodo got caught though, and Esmerelda later fell in love with the captain of King Louis XI's archers, Phoebus. When Frollo found out, he stabbed Phoebus and would later try multiple times to r-word her. Disney kept the ending mostly the same, with Frollo falling off the cathedral roof and dying.
