Imagine if he didn't have the injuries. He was a season away from carling cup victory. But imagine if we had him in the European team. Madness. So pleased he graced the prem as a red

He was way too powerful for his body. His body could not take it.

Hell of a lot of nostalgia watching this, what a striker. The goals that he scored at grounds that don't exist anymore. Highfield Road, Filbert Street, The Dell, White Hart Lane.

When he was fit and on it he was absolutely unplayable. He had everything. Great centre forward.

in Juventus he was everything but a finisher... he missed multiples easy goals but still was my favourite player in that year, simply unstoppable

@@dellecapacitailcoraggiofis7536 I know what you mean but he always had a knack for creating chances. He should've had a far greater career. It happens but he's still class.

I've seen some good players at the Boro since 1978, but he was the best, and he couldn't be arsed half the time.

The best player from Croatia ever in my opinion. Yes, injuries cost hime dearly but had he been injury free it would not be only an opinion of a few ( most put Suker, Modric, Boban, Prosinecki..)

C mon he was extremly talented (great dribbling, pace, strenght, technique, first touch...) but he didn t have final product just watch his weak stats...Don t be nostalgia merchant, he is not even TOP 5 Croatian players- Modric, Suker, Rakitic, Mandzukic, Perisic...If he had potential to became best striker in the world but he didn t fullfiled it!

Oh my god tell me about it. Look at these players, the memories are incredible!! Nowadays people are getting excited by signing Chupa Akpom form some reject league lol. In fairness, Neil Warnock is doing well with what he's got but the Boro of the past is sadly long gone. Shame.

I kinda like that more than over the top ludacris stuff. Hes just doing his job, what hes payed for. Ok, if its a 90th minute winner it gets everyone goin mad, but to score for 2:0 in 35th .....Also, hes scored so many important goals in his career, might sound mean, but to score a go ahead goal against Coventry isnt gonna get him too excited.
