My Number 1 Intangible 💪🏼
The game today got me thinking about this again
Tennessee down the entire game but still stepping up to the plate and playing with energy
I was blessed with some pretty great parents that knew how to set high standards and morals but also allow me freedom to be me
And little moments like this led to intangibles I needed to play as long as I did
Was told my entire life I what u couldn’t do by my coaches and other people
My parents could’ve easily parented this out of me, grounded me, etc….
But they saw that fire and fight in me and taught me how to control it instead
Guys like Kobe, MJ, Griffey, Bo, or any of the other guys who are the best athletes in the world have an extreme fire and fight in them
You’d hear stories of MJ having an off night and then someone start talking s*** and then MJ goes off on a tear finishes the game with normal MJ stat line and ending winning
And that’s that fight I’m talking about
The don’t start nothing won’t be nothing, but start something and it will be the last time you do because I back down from no one, can take my punches, and come back punching twice as hard
