I actually rather like Kurzgesagt and their videos. my only real complaint is that they're kinda depressing sometimes. but I still wanted to make this parody. work on my blender skills and whatnot. they put a lot of effort into their videos and you should check them out. especially if you've never heard of them before, otherwise this video won't make much sense.

Yeah, this is my primary objection to the channel. The subjects that Kurzgesagt covers often aren't merely matters of science, let alone well-settled,* but very little of the nuance or rational uncertainty* comes through. It's very easy to come away from their videos with the impression that everything is science, and science always has the answer. *No, I'm not talking about anthropogenic global warming.

@drillix9049 Satire is usually reserved for poking fun at the "elite" or "upper classes", it's usually not used for making fun of good people doing good things. Instead of "punching down", they could have used their platform to improve the world. That's just how I look at it, I am sure there's lots of people out there that appreciate a good beat down of the folks trying to improve the world we live in. :D
