NAPSTABLOOK22 Train Manually Operated Barrier, basically the train guard lowers the crossing or network rail stand what ever, stand next to the crossing and lower it manually.

You missed a level crossing it's called tango mills level crossing a small steam realway with a tinny steam train like the same line that brittaniea level crossing it's the same train but smaller
