Tanjiro didn't die from the mark. After he died, it reversed the effects of the demon slayer mark. Because when you die your body goes cold. The reason the mark kills is because of the increase of body temp. But since Tanjiro's body went completely cold, it reset the effects.

Tanjiro could’ve also just pass the age 25 because Yoriichi died at 85 most likely he adapted to it. Tanjiro also had a mark so he most likely adapted to the side effects so he would most likely live.

Correction, it's not "thousands of year", Yoriichi's era and Tanjiro's era are nearly 5 centuries apart and I believe the descendants of the demon slayers are like 100-200 years after the final battle

Since kokushibo was in the curse of the demon slayer mark, he still managed to live for a few hundred years due to becoming a demon. Tanjiro shouldnt have died to the mark since he was turned into a demon by muzan. Which means he most likely has regenerated all that life energy he has lost and most likely lived for a much longer time.
