You missed a few of Mechagodzillas abilities, the most obvious one being his ability to supercharge his punches and kicks with hollow earth energy, and also some that he had but never used in the movie, such as missiles in his chest, buzzsaws in his hands, and a giant meat grinder in his lower jaw.

Hear me out I got a idea for Biollante to appear in the Monsterverse the way she could be introduced is that we first introduce Genichiro Shiragami along with her daughter Erika Shiragami in which they worked for monarch at Outpost 66 where Amhuluk lives and that’s when Ghidorah unleashes the alpha call and which Amhuluk rises from his outpost destroying it killing and injuring many monarch scientists one of them being Shiragamis daughter. a few days after the events of 2019 genoichiro goes to the destroyed Outpost 66 and then finds a piece of Amhuluks flesh and takes it. A month after the events of 2019 his daughter was severely injured and was dying Genichiro did everything he could to save his daughter until he thought of putting her in a different body and thus just like in the original film Genichiro mixes her daughters D.N.A with a rose flower thus hoping to keep her alive, eventually after Teams of monarch search around the destroyed Boston including with Genichiro. he finds a piece of Godzillas flesh and Genoichiro takes it in secret and takes it to his lab where he keeps the rose flower and as I said before just like in the original film he mixes the D.N.A with the rose flower but here’s what could make it interesting. Not only he mixes the rose flower with Godzillas D.N.A but with Amhuluk’s D.N.A also thus creating Titanus Biollante
