@Lydia Nevins…A presidential EO, is not a law, It’s a presidential direction to Federal Agencies (under control of the Executive Branch), on how to proceed on a specific Topic… Congress can’t actually do anything, except to defund the federal agency (and nothing will be done there until Republicans retake Congress) ….An EO, first must be challenged by a state/states and then deemed important enough to be heard in the Courts, before it can be overturned ( The party in power, normally does everything it can to delay the court process)… Obama taught his Veep Biden very well, as 50% of his (Obama’s) presidential EO’s were eventually overturned by the courts…( It’s not at all about creating a Forever Law, that can never be overturned, it’s about how much control & damage these EO’s can do, before eventually being overturned in the courts, as unconstitutional)…Good Luck

Granholm used to be a Michigan governor. When her daughter got divorced she made very punitive child support laws that punished the higher paying father's. I pay $2500 per month and due to her policies the same day that I was ordered child support I was placed one month behind and the current month counted in arrears. That placed me at the $5K threshold where my password was revoked and my driver's license was suspended, and an automatic warrant was issued for my arrest. I had done nothing wrong, yet I was punished severely under Granholms laws.

Fight to get these laws changed. My sister had two children and only got 900. We are being abused by the laws being placed on us. We need to all stand up and make change happen. Change out school boards, get involved in overseeing the voting process, write your Senators and Governors on the changes that need to be made, get 1000s of signatures from ur community, make ur churches rise up and be part of the solution with funds that flood into the churches use those funds locally. We need to put our communities, state, country First

Back in 1997 I was paying for my children like I always did my best ex was big into drugs and acting like a hippie. Two and a half years later I went on a date. I was working two jobs and living in a small camper I didn't mind that at all because my children were getting to see me every other weekend and still getting to see them in between. As soon as my ex heard about the date. She took me to Domestics and they put me in rears and suspended my driver's license and the right to go fishing and hunting. She was getting good money for the kids and they were still on my insurance. She Dragged me to be court every be six months trying to get more and more each time it took me 15 years to clear it up only because one judge seen saw some red flags by the my son was 18 and my daughter asked the courts for me to have custody. What a hell of a ride that was

"Traded on a global market" -- That wouldn't affect us if we were energy independent, which is what we were under Trump. Biden "fixed" that and made us dependent on the global market.

When you say we were "energy independent under trump" what does that mean? We didn't import any oil under trump? Because we definitely did. We are actually producing the same amount of oil today that we did in 2019. We did produce more oil in the begining of 2020 but then compaines got screwed from over production and lack of demand. They're now working on making up lost revenue.

@@theroguetomato5362 we are exporting oil. Around 8.6 million barrels per day. You forget, we and the EU have stopped importing oil from Russia. Our exports are making up that gap increasing demand and limiting supply. Which is why prices are up.

She said "We Are A Net Exporter". If that is true then why are we depleting our strategic supply which is there for emergency use? Why are we seeing gas prices go up daily? Why is our trucking industry being restricted by skyrocketing prices and shortages which delays goods getting to the market causing shortages on that end? Nothing she says is believable to me after that one comment.

Rick you need to be more prepared. You had good questions but you should of known the numbers and held her accountable to what she was saying. Use your support to did into the answers to your questions so when she lies threw her teeth like she just did you could hold her to the truth and make her look like the incompetent employee that we all know she is. Use your resources and know the facts to all ur questions. We need our Senate sharp. I live in Florida however felt like Mike Lee did a great job all around.

February 2020 the US oil production hit the highest level in US history at 13,100 thousand barrels a day today, we are currently at 11,500 thousand barrels a day which is what we were previously producing in October of 2018. Since Biden was in office our production has not expanded but contracted. This Energy Sec should be charged with perjury.
