Sardar ji . Iska mtlb ye nhi ki company change kro. Apne aap me energetic raho . Har din ek new din ke jaisa jio. Company wahi employee(self) wahi bas time hi to change huaa hai . Mai apni company me 4 year se hu mujhe kahi aur Jane ka mn hi nhi krta aur yaha bhi har tarah ke employee hai achhe bhi kharab bhi Chaplus bhi par sab manag krke chalna padta hai.

I agree...but change the company only if you feel your present company doesn't value your work... most of the time if you have spent 4 years or more...even your bosses feel you are here because you have no option...then it is time to switch employer...you get something extra...in terms of money and learning
