Did you know that in Brazil a local company called Estrela (star in English) licensed Mattel’s IP and our dolls were slightly different from the ones from the “mother ship”. Later Estrela broke up with Mattel and resumed making their fashion doll called Susie whose body was curvier and more in line with the majority of Brazilians. 😂

The Grand Ole Opry is an iconic country music venue in Nashville - it even has its own live radio broadcast of all of the performances, and sometimes now video streams too!! There’s actually a set of 2 or 3 Opry Barbies, but everyone from Elvis and Johnny Cash to Dolly Parton to Taylor Swift and Keith Urban has played on that stage - and a bunch of modern pop artists too!!

There is also a whole series of chic dolls Hard Rock Cafe Barbie they came out from 2003 to 2009

I finished my Barbie and the Sensations collection just today having found a Bopsy in good, boxed condition! I remember all the music dolls from the 80s and 90s, but for some reason, the Sensations line really resonates with me and my childhood. Great video x

Hi Joey, I believe you left out the Fashion Show Barbie 2004 who could transform ''From Rocker to Glam'' as stated on the box. She came with a fur jacket, mini tee and a mini skirt with a pair of oversize boots. Her glam look was a sequined top and a satin gown with feather boa. Let me know if I am wrong.😉

I had the Lights and Lace Barbie! It was one of my all time favorite Barbies! I couldn't remember what it was called, though! Thank you! Now, I'm 40 years old and in the last few years I've started collecting Barbies again. I have that Ariana Grande-ish pop star one and the Brooklyn Big City Big Lights one. I also owned Club California Barbie and Dance Club Barbie which both came with music..I didn't mind their music but liked the music of Jem and the Holograms and the Misfits more. Some of the Diva collection Barbies are nice too and I really like the Hard Rock Cafe Barbie that came with a cello! Looking forward to more videos :)

But I have to ask, do you know about her Coca Cola dolls? There's quite a few of them, primarily made from the '90s to early 2000s.
