I wouldn't worry too much about editing and extra features, your videos are damn good as they are. I really like the channel.

It's criminal that War Journal and War Zone have never seen omni format, the Carl Potts/Jim Lee stuff were some of his most classic badass stories ever but Marvel only ever seem focused on re-printing the Ennis stuff.

My first punisher comic was punisher volume 3 and I loved it. Barracuda was funny and insane. The slavers story was disturbing and cool. I was amazed by the artwork in the slavers story.

I have a fan theory regarding Punisher MAX that goes into the original marvel comic run. Spoiler alert if you haven't read Wolverine Origins or Punisher MAX Born. Wolverine Origins introduced a character that essentially was the mastermind for the creation of Wolverine, Deadpool, Omega Red, Daken, Sabretooth, etc.. His name was Romulus and he was the first human-like creature as well as the true first mutant with telepathic abilities, claws, and a healing factor to ever be created. What if The Punisher was another weapon Romulus helped to create. Throughout the Punisher MAX: Born series Castle was talking to a certain entity within himself goading him into becoming what he eventually will become. It came to a head at the end when he accepted the offer and he inhumanly killed three dozen Vietnamese soldiers while soaking up seven bullets. At the end this entity says that he will grant Castle his wish, but there will be a cost, hence the splash page of Castle's family. What I'm getting at is what if Romulus was that entity and the actual mastermind that killed Castle's family from the shadows? As well as pulling his strings like he did with all the other weapons throughout their lives the same way. Idk but I think its a pretty awesome theory. Depending on how well you know the Romulus character.

So there's no omnibus/omnibi collecting all of his 80's comic books like his self-titled book or Warzone? You say the volume 3 is one of the more expensive ones and I can see why; it has the Slavers storyline which is probably the most well known Punisher story since Welcome Back, Frank.

Punisher is my favorite marvel character but I don’t dig any of the illustrators style, other than the first omnibus because it’s a classic vintage style. The last 6 max volumes illustration look ok at best, just don’t feel like none of the illustrators haven’t gotten it right with punisher yet 🤷‍♂️
