I think the button in the second room was supposed to give you a warped fungus on a stick. That way you could put the saddle on the strider and use the fungus to cross the lava.

Even if these videos are fake, it's still really cool seeing all the creative ways you can get out of each room Alright y'all needa chill tf out down there in the replies. Lemme explain myself, ok? I never said that these videos are fake. I said _IF_ cuz Im only assuming that they are, given the fact that a lot of other people say that they are, and also some odd behavior I've seen in a couple videos. One prime example I can mention is with the Nether prison at the end. When he built the portal to go to the final stage, it appeared exactly on spot, despite there being no indicator as to where to put it. Doesn't that seem off to you? He also does things that most escapists wouldn't do. For another example at the End prison. He never bothered to even break the third hopper and check for more. Granted he didn't need anymore, but you should always check every possible nook and cranny in each room, right? This similar instance has happened multiple times but I don't remember which videos they are. He doesn't act like a 'proper' escapist, checking every single space, using all of his resources to its very efficient, and doing things too quickly. A very simple way to possibly debunk this entire debate would be if he livestreamed him doing a recommended room escape from the chat. That way we can see all for ourselves that he doesn't cheat, nor does he play rooms prior to recording them and redoing it. And again, whether or not these videos are fake, I, and other people, find them entertaining because the rooms and how to get out of them are still knowledgeable and creative either way.

The saddle on the second room was for that creature so you can get across the lava without getting hurt

The whole comment sections seems to prefer a two hour long video where Eider wanders around aimlessly before actually executing the correct method, instead of Eider taking the time to edit his video so it consists of only the interesting parts.
