The day of Order 66 was the Republic’s darkest day, and marked the beginning of the Sith grand plan falling into place, through the deception of Darth Sidious. Despite the Great Jedi Purge wiping out almost every single Jedi from the galaxy, we do know of a few who managed to survive past the betrayal of Order 66. So I’m going to break down every single known survivor of the Great Jedi Purge.

Number 1. Obi-Wan Kenobi
I’m sure I don’t need to explain this one, but after the intense fight on Mustafar with his former apprentice, Anakin Skywalker and the birth of his two children, Luke and Leia, Obi-Wan Kenobi was sent into exile on Tatooine to look over Luke and ensure that the Jedi Order would continue through him.
Number 2. Master Yoda
Again, this one definitely doesn’t need much explanation. Master Yoda placed himself into exile on Dagobah after his fight with Chancellor Palpatine and his failure to stop the Sith from ruling the Galaxy. While on Dagobah, Master Yoda became the temporary apprentice of Qui-Gon Jinn so that he could learn how to transition his spirit into the cosmic force upon his death, giving him the ability to appear as a force ghost. Master Yoda successfully transcended into the force after his death on Dagobah.
Number 3. Coleman Kcaj
Coleman Kcaj was a Jedi master who served on the high council during the final months of the Clone Wars. Kcaj was one of the very few Jedi to escape the complete chaos and carnage of Order 66, managing to hide himself from the Empire incredibly well. During Darth Vader’s hunt for fellow Order 66 survivor, Eeth Koth, Coleman Kcaj’s name appeared on a list of wanted Jedi, meaning that he has still yet to be found by the Empire.
Number 4. Eeth Koth.
Eeth Koth was another Jedi Master who served on the High council throughout the Separatist Crisis and the Clone Wars. As the Clone War neared its end, Eeeth Koth was removed from the Jedi council for unknown reasons and left the Jedi Order completely as a result. Following his departure from the Jedi Order, Eeth Koth became a priest in the Church of the Gothic Enlightenment and eventually had a child with a woman named Mira. Only moments after the child was born however, Darth Vader arrived at the secret home of Eeth Koth. Eeth Koth pleaded for his life and for the lives of his wife and child, but Vader was not going to stand down. Vader’s inquisitors eventually captured Koth’s child to turn her into a future inquisitor, which distracted the Zabrak, allowing Vader to impale him with his vibrant red lightsaber.
Number 5. Kirak Infila
Kirak infila was a Jedi Master who specialized in combat and Lightsaber fighting during his time in the order. Shortly before Order 66, Master Infila left the Jedi Order and took a vow known as the Barash Vow, which meant that he was not able to take part in any activities related to the Jedi Order, and disengage from anything except the force itself. Because he was not an active member of the Jedi order at the time of Order 66, he was able to escape execution by his Clones. Unfortunately however, He was hunted down and located by the dark Lord, Darth Vader on the river moon of Al Doleem. Vader and Infila engaged in a ferocious battle, resulting in one of Vader’s mechanical legs being broken off. Infila took this opportunity to blast Darth Vader off of the tall, rocky cliff that they were fighting on, believing that he had fallen to his death.
Following this, Infila travelled to a nearby city known as Am’balaar, still believing that Vader had been killed from the fall off the monstrous cliff. Unfortunately, Vader had repaired his broken cybernetics and tracked down Infila once again. Vader then used the force to destroy all of the water tanks surrounding the city, flooding the entire area, and forcing Infila to watch. Once Vader had decimated the local population, he force choked Kirak Infila death and threw his lifeless body into the flooded city.
Number 6. Taron Malicos.
Taron Malicos was a Jedi master who served as a General during the Clone Wars. After Order 66 was called by Chancellor Palpatine, Malicos was betrayed by his clone troopers, but managed to escape them, crash landing on the red world of Dathomir. Once there, he tricked the Nightsister Merrin into teaching him the ways of the Dark Nightsister Magic, slowly turning himself to the dark side. He also became the leader of the Nightbrothers on Dathomir, after defeating their leader, Viscus in a ceremonial battle. Malicos tried to turn Jedi Padawan Cal Kestis to the dark side twice, both times failing, eventually leading to an intense fight which resulted in him being buried under the surface of Dathomir with the same Nightsister Magic that he so desired to learn. It’s not clear at this point whether or not he is actually dead, but with Nightsister Magic, he could definitely still be alive.
