A Dream or Nightmare come true... Every single cop and i mean REALLY Every single cop will come after you in heat level 10! Like what cross ordered.
-Civic Cruiser
-Undercover Cruiser
-State GTO
-Undercover State GTO
-FBI Corvettes
-Undercover FBI Corvettes
-Light SUV
-HEAVY SUV
-CROSS
ALL In Heat Level 10 and look at the variety.
Possible because the Most Wanted Limit Adjuster Mod by zolika1351!
Just Download And Put in the scripts folder. You are going to have to configure the police car spawns though.
You can also make any configurations as you like but be warned, This could destroy your PC if you summon 200 of them at the same time! But IT IS Possible!

Yeah I thought those were removed from the game. I think he maybe edited in some audioclips like the chopper flying close or cops mentioning harsh weather conditions. Or maybe it's a mod.

in vlt editor go to pursuit levels and then heat 5 and then change time per heat level and lower it to like 0.2
