you know, this anime is generally pretty damn offensive, but really really good, where you can block the part in your brain that detects the offensiveness and instead just laugh at how literally every country is just as stupid as your own. It drives home the point that everyone is flawed with the use of stereotypes. It's dated in the best way possible.

And ironically in every small town too. Except in mine the China Town was an Asian Import Store and Chinese Restaurant with a Cook from Hawaii. Now it's just the Restaurant.. But that place has been there since the 1940s. With Paper Lamps in it from China that age even further back.
