To be fair, there have been researches done that show drinking coffee daily causes people to live long on average than people who don't. It's primarily due to the lack of antioxidants in our diets, which coffee provides a lot of.

Standing behind people with coffee orders that require a list of commands / descriptors is frustrating. I take mine with a splash of milk on the dark side. That is it…… and I have to wait in line behind half soy, half skim, extra foam, light whipped cream, pumpkin spice with a thin caramel drizzle high maintenance people. That is not coffee. That is a milkshake. It is a dessert. There should be a separate line.

I'm the black coffee drinker. My dad was the exact same way and I always teased him for it but then I turned out just like him as soon as I tried coffee for the first time. Something in our Eastern European genes makes us want to drink ten cups of black coffee a day and tolerate the strongest alcohol like no other.
