I live in Alaska. I was shocked when you said -30° lol. That's just a Thursday here. In Fairbanks, where I live, -40 is where it starts getting really cold. Even at -40, you can see people in bathing suits taking selfies at temperature signs.

I'm an Alaskan moved to a different state and about to move to Arizona in 1 year but down in Anchorage where it's my birth town it only reached maybe -20 to -10 when I was there not that sure though.

Alaskan here. Yes, Winters are harsh, depending on where you are. Obviously, the further south in the state you live, the less winter hits, but it got to -20 and lower Fahrenheit for _three weeks_ which is not normal even for Alaska. Up near Fairbanks, which is in the middle of the state, it was -40 and lower, for that time. I had to load wood for my wood burning stoves, every. Single. DAY. Usually the wood I bring for the wood racks inside, one upstairs, and one in the basement, with each lasting three days minimum. Everyday I brought in wood for those three weeks, because the stoves were burning at such a high level to keep the house warm, that it would burn through the rack in a 24 hour period.

Not an Alaskan here but instead an Arizonian, and yes, it is really hot. I remember one summer in Arizona the afternoon it was 100- 115 degrees. Another thing about Arizona is that this state has a lot of copper and copper mines. But you might be suprised that the winters are brutal too, but not as brutal as your's i remember that one winter it was -0 degree's during the night, Arizona also has Peridot which is a little rare. Peridot is a yellow crystal that is less rarer than other higher jewels like diamonds,ruby's,and sapphire. that's all for Arizona.

What’re you talking about, West Virginia is probably the poorest state in the entire US. Towns like Iaeger and Bluefield give some of the areas in East Tennessee some serious competition. Virginia is definitely the better state, even despite the large crime rate due to it being on the border of D.C.

I have family in Nebraska. My Grandparents own a second house in Fordyce, Nebraska. My ancestors owned most of Fordyce, Nebraska. My family owns a small part of town now. A lot of my family lives in Fordyce Nebraska, my grandparents are planning on moving to the Nebraska house soon. There's a pond near Fordyce we're people go fishing. There are museums in the town nearest to Fordyce, and there is more I just can't remember all of them.

6:55 my grandma lives in Myrtle beach and me and my mom go to visit sometimes and when we go to the area with like the large city and amusements and beaches like the image you put up, it’s such a vibe man there’s ice cream, arcades, MULTIPLE amusement parks and buffets, there is a few seafood restaurants, there are SO MANY high quality hotels and so much more, 10/10 for Myrtle beach. For North Carolina, I never been there but for what image you put up, 8/10

New Hampshire's like a cross between Vermont and Maine, the part I live in is much more Maine-like. There's people here who speak French (I can understand spoken French to a degree but I can't speak it, I live RIGHT on the Quebec border). Some people here would deny the nature state label, but I fully embrace it (part of it is that where I live, the "urban center" has like 2500 people).

I can agree to this news for new people also we are known for bad health care that residents that live in Arkansas if they can't do it then try another state. Also we are known as the natural state because our wild life is great in country areas. Another one is that our marine fossils that date back before the dinosaurs. Also in places around Arkansas and Missouri we like to talk about our native American history but only where it is historic actual place where they were. Also we have a lack of dinosaurs in our state we only have 1 Unique dinosaur in our state and no other. ( Bias opinion) and we have a better name than Kansas and others shouldn't makeing jokes about the name because Arkansas is the 25th state while last time I checked Kansas was 36th it looks like Kansas just deleted the ar in front of Arkansas, I know that it probably just in their culture that it has a historic meaning. We are known for alot of Walmarts. And finally do you remember that war thing where it was north vs south in America and the south was made it looked like we were the bad guys (no one was just opinions of the states) well we were the south team. Also I lied not the final one but Arkansas got its name from a native American word. And we were owned by 3 countries in our life time spain, France, and the US. Update this is why Kansas and Arkansas have Kansas in it (p.s it because native Americans and Europeans).Arkansas is named after the Quapaw tribe, whom the French referred to as the “Arkansaw.” Kansas is named after the Kanza tribe, whose name means “wind people.”

I’ve spent a lot of time in both Florida and Arizona, while in Arizona the heat might kill you, in Florida the humidity makes it feel much hotter/colder (yes it can get cold) than it actually is. Also in Alaska there’s a shit ton of mosquitos that sometimes even block out the sun, and they aren’t small

I have cousins in South Dakota. Some cousins that my was close to died because of a tornado. One nice thing I say about South Dakota, besides my family, is that it had a Flintstones park.

I’m from Connecticut, and I’ve been to Maine. It’s super chill and I love it. Also Connecticut is mainly just known for Dunkin’ Donuts (we seriously had those everywhere) and the sandy hook shooting. We also got Yale, New Haven, Sally’s apizza, and prolly other stuff idk New Mexico: breaking bad. Indiana is known for being mistaken with India and stranger things took place in Indiana. I know nothing abt Nebraska💀💀💀 I used to live in New Jersey, there’s really good pizza. Last time I went, it got superrrrr hot (global warming ig) Oklahoma: I only know it for “ok” autocorrecting to Oklahoma.

Pennsylvania resident here, we also have mallo cups which are like Reese's Cups but instead of peanut butter they have marshmallow in them. They low key slap. We also have some nice parks and events in our smaller towns and cities.

You’re right about taking around 40 minutes to drive across Rhode Island, I did it recently with my family, it took 20 minutes, no time compared to states like Maine which from North to South takes 4 hours or Pensilvania which from East to West takes nearly 6 hours

In Fairbanks in the heart of Alaska, also voted the city with the worst winters, the lowest I’ve seen is -59, where in places like coldfoot or Prudhoe Bay it gets -60 or -70. There are people I know as close friends who do a challenge called the 49rs club, where you take a picture in front of the UAF sign (University of Alaska Fairbanks) at -49 or more! The more you know!

2 things you forgot. Missouri has the lake of the Ozarks. Basically it is all the fun of the beach minus the sharks and gators, plus kiayaking. The lake supports 3 cities and a bunch of towns. Some towns main attraction is that they are a stone throws away from the lake, typically saying cheaper to stay with them and commute to the lake. Also Jessie James, more minor but still a thing. New Mexico also has Roswell, the crashed UFO.
