for those who wonders how it works. vbs is visual basic script. its a kind of programming. when you put any file in "Startup" folder, it runs at startup(when your PC/laptop starts). so we basically running our vbs file at startup. what is inside this vbs file is - we create Object of sapi.spvoice , which is Text to speech engien. then we input our line via speech.Speak method. when you write "shell:startup" it basically opens Startup folder.
