I’m in the minority that actually appreciate ICE music takes. It’s not as NY biased as the rest of the crew. He actually listens to my current rap. A lot of times he plays the contrarian too much but at least he stands in his point of view.

Nothing against him personally, but as a podcast personality, he has zero redeemable traits. He takes forever to form a complete thought which leads to him getting cut off, his voice is like nails on a chalkboard, I hate his taste in music, he can never take a joke, but is the most active when the joke is on someone else.

My issue with Ice is how he's so opinionated on the TL, but so PC on the pod....And I always wondered because a lot of people says it about Mal, and few people have said it about Ice..What does being "too cool" even mean? You can get great points and takes off without yelling in a mic like Joe. Some cats are more laid back then the people around them, and sometimes they just happen to do a podcast.

Laidback is different. With Ice, you can tell he is TRYING to be cool - he lacks any vulnerability or human connection. It's like he's so mediocre he tries to go against the grain purposely to overcompensate for his non descript, boring personality. Normal shit that people can relate to somehow he has never gone through or can't empathize with. This happened with Mal a lot too, especially when relationship or women topics came up. It's hard to have an audience like you, when you claim to have never experienced anything your audience has gone through.

@@LuxuryRoseMusic I get that. Tbh, I relate to alot of things Mal says. I do think Mal needs a pod more his speed, maybe with an older cohost and crew, because I think he’s around a bunch of younger people on R&M and some of his takes sound crazy, old head-ish and boring compared to the younger people in the room. Ice on the other hand, when I did listen to the pod, I just sorta ignored him because he always pandered, and again, I don’t know how someone could be so opinionated on Twitter, but get on a couch with a mic on camera and just pander, and co-sign with most things that Joe say, knowing it’s bs.
