Lunar Ox and Lunar Tiger came from boxes that had a 10% chance of dropping a legendary and only cost 350 bucks. So the servers were flooded with them, and years later, they are still available in super high numbers. It will take another 2 or 3 years before enough disappear from player turn-over for their values to begin to go up. Zodiac.. yea free = low value. Persian cat from Boots event, same thing, it was a quest reward anyone could do and cost nothing. The servers were swamped with these pets. Kitsune is a great looking pet. But when something is that common, even though it looks great, it will have no value. Robodog, i don't like it, it is common and doesn't look good. And the top pets are all common and have been around forever and there are so many of them they have no value.

I was surprised to see that the kitsune is is a hated pet as so many people asked to overpay for it and also it is so cute.

I was so angry when I got my lavender dragon and traded it for like nothing and then a few months later I found out it was worth quite a bit

Ok , tbh I think the pets here she listed are by rarity not by what people think of them , to be truthful to myself , I’d much rather have a dog than an ox , atleast bc some people are still looking for dogs to make neons , etc . But no one thinks oxen are that important , I’m pretty sure it’s way easier to trade a neon dog than a neon metal ox. Now don’t get me wrong here , I’m not fighting , just reasoning , and I’m very sorry if this sounded rude , which I never really meant , I’m just basically saying how I’d list these or how they should be listed . Some of you may say oxen are easier to trade , but I’m talking from my experience, not yours ..

To be honest, some of this is a lie I am pretty sure people like the starter pets way more than the zodiac minion chicks and I never seen someone on a kit soon their value has not really gotten down either. I mean sure you see neon versions, but they’re still not hated at all.
