I love these lessons. They're structured so well. I love how the initial dialogues seem difficult at first, but after you watch the full video they suddenly become much simpler. Great work :)

他们 can be used when its both genders in the same group, 她们 is for all female group

04:33 Too bad that you switched to that messy font :/ 05:50 What's that "Shì de" construct? This is the first time I see this and I don't remember it being explained before :| All previous examples used "de" to express possession. But what's the possession of "to be" supposed to mean? :q

Bon Bon “de” is not always a possessive article but is also used as better expression. ”shì de” is a way of saying yes (it is) . You could also say “duì de” (yes/correct)
