Love the entire collection Hermes did. I picked up 3 palettes, 2 mascaras and all the brushes and am so impressed. I love they are classic and understated but, have the pop of color for those who want it. I think the quality albeit a bit pricey is great. Tempted for another palette or maybe two. I think if it’s a palette one uses frequently as opposed to another designer palette you don’t, it’s a bit easier to rationalize the cost per use.

Grace, I received my order from Selfridges a few days ago that included the Isamaya Industrial Palette 2.0, all four of the Rabanne Eye Quads and five from six of the Prada Eye Palettes (only due to one being unavailable). I already have the first Isamaya Industrial Palette which is stunning and looking forward to all of the textures in this new one. The Quads from Rabanne and Prada were beyond what I expected. There was absolutely no kick up in the pans at all and no fall out after wearing all day. The blendability of these shadows were a pleasure to work with and looked amazing! I was so impressed that I've now ordered seven of the Rabanne Duo Eye Palettes and the three metallic lipsticks. I've also added the new Byredo Eye Palette in those lovely softer shades. I did see the Hermes Quads online but the big difference between these and the others I bought, was not only the massive price difference between them, especially Rabanne which was close to AUD$100.00 less!, but the Hermes didn't bring anything new to the table. The shades are nothing that we don't already own in our collections and can easily be put together ourselves. The green from one of the other Quads is exactly the same as the one from Prada, which Jen from Allfeisty swatched. At least with Prada, not only was their pop of colour something quite different, yet the other shades as well. I certainly can't say this for Hermes. For the price we are being slugged for these most boring Quads is only for the 'privilege' of saying you have their products. The content is in no way worth the cost. These are only staus symbols for the uber rich and out of range of the regular luxury make-up user. I could put this Quad together for about US$20.00! How can anyone possibly justify these absurd prices? We all have our limits to how far we will spend for an item and may go over this if we feel the item is worth it, yet these Hermes Quads are just a disappointment and I expected far more for a price that exceeds that of Tom Ford. Sorry for being a wet blanket, but I had to say what I felt about these. I would much rather you pick up the new Byredo Eye Palette or one of the lovely Rabanne, instead of throwing good money away on something that is not worth it.🇦🇺💖👩🏼‍🎨

I agree about the Chanel concealer. It’s the best. Stays in place all day and never settles in the creases. People complain about the jar but it’s so pretty that I don’t mind that it can be a bit messy. It takes a very tiny amount to cover well. So worth every penny 😊

Love the look you created with this palette. This palette and #06 are the two that I like the most but I have the Les Beige Medium eyeshadow palette which looks close to the #05 palette minus the silver shade so will purchase #06. Have a great day.

Hi Grace, You created a beautiful look! 😊 I know you picked the safest colour story but I would like to see 03 and 04.:) I agree the price is very high for a quad but I expected this due to the fact there are luxury brands and one step above is Hermes. If we look to the handbags price we can notice a big difference between Hermes and Chanel, Dior, Prada etc. On the other hand Hermes will come with refill for these eyeshadows and the price for a refill in Australia will be AUD$90+ (my SA told me). That means the refill will be almost half price in comparison with the cost for a palette-AUD$175. Chanel, Tom Ford, Dior and others do not sell refills. So you pay the exorbitant price once and then the eyeshadows will cost much less then the brands I mentioned above. I watched Allfesty review and she found just one colour in a Hermes palette identical with one colour in Prada palette. Prada is not available in Australia but Hermes is. I don’t like to buy luxury items online but is just me. I bought one Hermes quad-06 and I’ll buy 2 or 3 more in time. In my opinion this collection is gorgeous.The texture, the colour story, everything is very beautiful. I like the Hermes mascara and is on my shopping list as well. By the way, Chantecaille mascara is more expensive then the one from Hermes. At the end of the day nobody is forced to buy Hermes makeup and there a plenty choices on the market. Thanks for sharing!
