In German (when I was young) we said about somebody with good manners and a good appearance, that he or she is a fine gentleman or a fine lady.

Hi A.J, how are you? You know that I appreciate and admire you very much. As many people follow you and listen to you, I know you have influence over many people. So, I want to harass you on something. I saw your "Grace under Pressure" video. I want to clarify something there. Look, when you talk about that kind of topic, you shouldn't talk about it in a general way. In that video, you affirm that a good leader is the one who in any situation is able to remain calm. That is not true. Do you think that Jesus was a great leader. Ok. Read his life. A good leader is the one who is capable to contribute correct measures of solution to solve most of the problems that affect his community. This is the characteristic of a good leader. To demand that the leader must remain calm at all times, is to ask that this person is not a human being but a demon my friend. A leader does not stop being a human being. A leader must be able to demonstrate a certain level of emotional intelligence. I agree with that. In other words, a leader cannot go around losing his emotional control due to any nonsense. But, this does not mean that this person has to be a stone that remains calm at all times. It´s unawareness to ask for that. You say there, that the person as a leader has to blame himself for his failure. Leader should never blame others. That is not true either. If you failed at something and it wasn't your fault. It wasn't your fault. Why do you have to admit it's your fault if it wasn't your fault? That is nonsense that people say without analyzing what they are saying. So, when you are going to talk about those topics you have to take in consideration what I am explaining to you here. Learn that, professional psychology and popular wisdom psychology both are full of misconceptions. Believe me. Bless you.
