This could be due to 'therapy''s focus of repeating memories, focusing on the negative, and pro-longing feelings/problems. Talking is not action or changing the situation.
Walt suggests that Vic focus on distractions, interest, and physical pursuits such as a triathlon. #Alternatives

It's been 39 years and I still think of my baby. Was it a boy or a girl? Did he/she look like me or my husband or a combination of us both? I missed out on he/she's first crawl, walk, first day of school, High school prom/graduation, college, wedding, my first grandchild, the list is endless. I wanted that baby more than anything. He/she was due to be born on March 28th, mine and my husbands birthdays.
