Love Tim's bass guitar sound and Austin's electric harmonics sounds bringing a whole new feel to a song I never really liked before. Home Free has changed my mind on many songs that were never some of my favorites. Their Home Free touch is magic.

This was Adam’s arrangement. The boys say his arrangements are always difficult. This was filmed in Minnesota- really cold and that’s an ice castle there. This is one of my favorites. So clever and well done.

Adam Rupp did the arrangement for this song and it's incredible. Do watch for talks at the end of their videos. Some don't have them but many do and they usually have some explanation of the video (in this case who arranged it and where it was filmed).

Great choice, John! My absolute favorite Home Free video. Adam's arrangement is, to me, the best arrangement of any Christmas song, ever. Have to hear it at least once a day - every day - every season.

Such an intricate arrangement. 'Didn't know Adam had it in him! I've heard they resisted doing this in their shows because it's so complicated, but I have seen a show video where they do it. I love the frozen setting, but I'm sure they're glad it was only a one and done.

One of my favorites from them. This video was shot in Minnesota, close to Canada. I prefer the southern states where it's warmer.

An Adam Rupp arrangement, this was filmed in my home state, Minnesota. The ice castle is a tradition here during the winter. This was filmed in the city of Eden Prairie, but the ice castle is built in different locations every year. I was hoping you'd let the outro play, as they explained all this in that section...but..oh, well. it gave me an excuse to write this comment. LOL

I would suggest from now on, if there is an outro like this one, pause to say a few things, then watch the outro. Then, if the outro is just "Follow Us" info and you don't want it, then you can cut your video after the pause and end your video as normal. I say this because not all outros are just that. Sometimes there is information in the outros that you are asking in your reaction. Such as this one. In the outro you would have learned that the arrangement of this song was done by Adam (which explains why the video showed him front and center) and the video was filmed at the Ice Castle in Eden Prairie Minnesota during a bitterly cold part of winter. (The ice castle is built in a different location every year for the Twin Cities Winter Fest. So while it was in Eden Prairie for this one, the following year it would be somewhere else with the area.)

You should check out their Sea Shanty Medley. When they did the video for it, it was during the pandemic and they were like on a zoom call but still pulled it off.

This song was written during the Cuban Missile Crisis and I grew up listening to many different versions. People were so afraid of a nuclear war and this song helped ease tensions a bit. This is by far my favorite version!

For me one of the best arranged songs, or perhaps the best, of Home Free. So impressive! The phenomenal beatboxing/vocal percussion , the overwhelming bass(notes), the great harmonies, the sound effects, colors, etc. in such a beautiful but cold scenery. I could listen and watch this all the time. A lot happens, but not that it is disturbing. Just amazing.

Noticing that Adam front and center in the group sections of the video is unusual. It’s because he arranged the song! This is one of my all time favorite Christmas covers from Home Free! It’s so complex with so much going on throughout the song. Adam’s beatboxing is excellent. Tim’s low bass notes gives me chills, Austin’s high notes, harmonies, and the guitar sound at the end was ridiculously amazing. Rob and Chris provided the rest of the harmonies effortlessly. Superb!

I wonder, before they started in earnest, did they have Tim test those bass bombs to make sure they wouldn't make that ice castle collapse. Would have been a shame to have those walls shudder and crumble down on Austin and Chris just because Tim has long vocal cords.
