Recipe and Ingredients
2 eggplants.
Salt 1 tablespoon
Wait 10 minutes.
3 tomatoes.
Salt.
Pepper.
Italian herbs.
Olive oil.
Basil.
In the oven / 20 minutes / 200C / 400C /.
Spinach 140g.
Ricotta 4 tbsp
1 clove of garlic
Italian herbs.
The eggplants are soft.
Olive oil.
Mozzarella 200g.
Marinara sauce.
Olive oil.
Marinara sauce.
Olive oil.
Parmesan.
In the oven / 30 minutes / 200C / 400F /.
Cool slightly.

Parmegian Eggplants. Your version is a very elaborate one. For those saying its not affordable, you're right but you can replicate the same effect with cheaper products. Btw, you can fry coat the slices on a little bit of flour and olive oil.

I tried your recipe today and my Italian grandmother always told me to drain tomatoes, eggplant, spinach, and other oven baked vegetables and it turned out incredible!!! Unexpected company showed up and I felt this was made to be because they loved their dinner. 🥘

That looks so good!! And I know it must be delicious because it's very similar to a dish I make. There are a few vegetarians and someone with celiac in my family, so for family potlucks, I started making meat free lasagna, using eggplant slices instead of noodles. It's almost the same as this recipe, except I use feta instead of mozzarella, and I add a few more ingredients into my ricotta. When I first took it to a dinner, some people were apprehensive because they didn't think they would like the eggplant. Now, it's always the dish they request for potlucks.

Anything that's not worth the hassle of the hand work for a single serving is just much worse at scale. Where non engaged time requirements and clean up of equipment is what's stopping you from doing it for one serving, that's the one that would scale up well.

Eggplant is easy to grow. Not enough people eat it. Eggplant Parmigiana rich in quality olive oil, fresh basil, garden tomatoes, and ricotta, for me, pecorino Romano cheese …. Ay Dios mío e mangia❣️

As soon as I finish telling you how absolutely fabulous this dish looks, I’m heading to the market for a few of the ingredients. I always have eggplants in the fridge and I’m always looking for new eggplant recipes. This dish looks like it will taste amazing and I will be making it often… very often!!! А что тут не доступное или то, что нельзя заменить чем-то похожим? Ну разве что специи. Но их на любом рынке можно взять врассыпку у узбеков или других южан ими торгующих. Соус в конце ролика та же аджика, но с добавлением орегано. Моцареллу легко заменит сулугуни или адыгейский сыр. А рикотту- не кислым творогом или сделать из очень жирных сливок с добавлением лимонного сока, чтоб свернуть. Шпинат же можно купить практически везде, если не свежий, то замороженный и не дорого. Ну или выращивать самому, как и базилик. Это не прихотливые растения, которые и на балконе можно сажать.

@@viktoriak.1478 Просто и доступно это когда берёшь кусочек хлеба (лучше белого), обмазываешь его с двух сторон масляно-сахарной смесью и обжариваешь до золотистой корочки😊 Кладёшь хлеб на тарелочку, а тем временем наливаешь чай или кофе. 🤗👌 Вот это " просто и доступно" 😊 Ваше блюдо замечательное и конечно вкусное👍😊

I have a similar recipe, but I bake the eggplant in a single layer for 20 min, turning the eggplant halfway through. Dries out the eggplant. That might help.

You can salt the eggplant on paper towels to get rid of some of the water. Just leave it sit for a while maybe 15 minutes and the water wil come out of the eggplant

As an Indonesian I must say, " this is a unique yet delicious looking dish. Usually in Indonesia, eggplant is processed into chili sauce, rendang, sometimes just boiled for fresh vegetables. I wanted to try it but I had to change some seasonings because in Indonesia, where I live, these spices don't exist. Thank you for sharing the amazing recipe. Success always for you 👍👍👍

Als Indonesier muss ich sagen, dass dies ein einzigartiges, aber köstlich aussehendes Gericht ist. Normalerweise wird Aubergine in Indonesien zu Chilisauce, Rendang, verarbeitet, manchmal nur für frisches Gemüse gekocht.
