I remember coming across Zyzz when I started my fitness journey at age of 15. Back during that time I was obese, depressed nerd kid that got bullied just because of my weight (growing up in Poland isnt the easiest thing when youre a fat nerd XD). I lost 30kg in just 6 months, started learning about bodybuilding and basically became a sick kunt myself in the next years. As you all know, life can change pretty rapidly, so did mine. I got accepted into medicine in another city. I got overwhelmed with all the studying and neglected working out, just trying to get into med school fooked me up real good. I became back again overweight, got my heart broken by cheating girlfriend livin in my home town, got into addiction of smoking pot. I became depressed yet again... And here I am, this summer I made a decision to get rid of my addiction and start working on myself again. It's funny how when I made my decision some oldschool Zyzz videos started appearing in my recommendations and also this freakin channel popped out of nowhere!. Watching them Im feeling the same energy I felt when I was a kid and back again I feel that I can achieve "things" . I promised myself that I'm going to hit the gym in two weeks just after I retake my biochemistry exam (I cannot fail, med school is all I got) and promised myself that I'm not going to neglect my mental and physical health cause of the university, of course Im not smoking anymore. I really want to thank you for creating this content, its extremely motivating and its so good to see Zyzz back again. I love that his legacy lives on. I feel that those videos are a sign for me and I hope it may serve similar purpose to one of you guys. We're all gonna make it my brothers, I surely believe it.
