They took a lot to fix the update bug (the one where the installer would say that either there is another installer activated either close without working) and it's still totally not fixed, I sometimes get it too (luckily is easy to fix); so I wonder how much they'll take to fix this new error.

I dont understand why people are surprised that that happened to A Dusty Trip, its a jandel game, it always follows the same loop, they try stuff until something works and then put a bunch of ways to monetize it and milk it for as long as they can until they find another game and stop updating the old one

I wanna do some clearance for Dusty Trip. The game originally had no gamepasses or any other monetization. But however someone else bought the game and turned it in to a cash grab. (The og devs had school and other important work to do. So they had to sell it but i did heard about they are making a new game with new title wich idk what the name of it is)

Dusty trip at first started off as a cheap but fun knock off of another game on Steam but has now has completely focused on micro-transactions. The new plains map is so bad. I got to 30k meters, not realising that the tunnel at 15k meters was the last unique location. I was thinking about spending robux on this game if the update was good but instead, I was extremely disappointed. (Gonna ramble a bit more). I played a game called snowy trip. It is basically the same game, but not as polished as dusty trip and the micro-transactions are pretty obnoxious. For reference, I have probably played over 100 rounds of dusty trip with randoms, and none of them knew what they were doing. I waited in lobbies to find people who knew what they were doing, but none of them could ever make it to the end. When I played solo on dusty trip, I always made it 30k+ if I felt like going that far. Anyways, legit the first game I played with randoms on snowy trip, I got paired with people who knew what they were doing. They helped me build the car and I got to drive. Since it was my first run, I had no idea how a lot of stuff worked. It ended up being pretty similar to dusty trip, so it wasn't too bad. Despite this being the first run, I managed to get to the end. One girl died unfortunately near the end. I was gonna say that it was strange that these people I played with were so much better than people I played with dusty trip, but as I am writting this, it is hard to say, cause I did carry in the snowy trip since I did drive the whole way to the end. I just think it was a miracle that two people I played with in a random knock off actually made it further than 99% of players I played with in dusty trip. If you read the ramble, pls lmk, cause you're crazy :P

I honestly hate the game for the simple reason that it’s heavily inspired by “The Long Drive” and yet gives no credit. Yes they have added other events that aren’t from the long drive but come on, it’s pretty easy to just say “inspired by the long drive”.

I think that the way roblox is going right now is pretty sad, especially considering its former glory. But I think if Roblox keeps making “hunt” style events one will be good eventually.

Also if you’re getting the “VR crash message”, it’s because Roblox pushed a VR toggle in-game so I believe that might be the root cause of the message to appear, as the toggle might be bugged.

NGL the bundles looks so ugly. There’s no reason making these bundles that cost 19,000. It’s not even worth it. No one is dumb enough buying a bundle that cost 19,000 for a virtual event. I’d rather buy a gold pass because it cost less than bundles just like the hunt first edition.
