Definitely! If you want to be good at English you should start speaking with your friend or with yourself in the mirror. Talking with yourself in the mirror helps a lot in learning English frequently. Practice is needed for everything to the learned. You can't learn and speak another language in two or three days. It needs time and struggle to be learned. Lastly, practice is the only way to learn something properly. 👍💯💯
