List of the documents required:
1. Form
2. An OATH form.
3. State board/council Registration certificate.
4. Degree certificate.
5. Internship completion certificate.
6. One proof of address.
7. Two passport size photos.
8. Proof of date of birth.
9. Aadhar card.
10. Copies of the mark sheets of all BHMS exams.
11. A Demand draft of Rs. 2000/- is to be made in favour of "Central Council of Homoeopathy" payable at New Delhi.
12. Name written in Hindi, mobile number and email address.

Sir please tel.... I completed my Bhms in 2020 nov and i m unable to see myself on cch website. And in the form it is written in last that .. U r applying for a registration if there is no registered council in your state and u haven't rcvd any registration no. Yet.. So what does it mean .. We still need to register ourself for central registration.

Thank you for this valuable information. I checked the NCH website as now the CCH website is not operational. On NCH website, there are 2 registers, the National Register of Homeopathy (NRH) and the Central Register of Homeopathy (CRH). My name is present in the CRH and I had registered with Maharashtra Council of Homeopathy only. Can you tell me the difference between NRH and CRH? I plan to move to Gujarat. If my name is present in CRH, can I use the printable certificate to work in Gujarat State or do I need to register separately with Gujarat State as well?

What is difference between council registration certificate and degree certificate ? Sir I passed in 2020 and I completed intership in 2021 June......will I get cch registration without applying? I have got my certificate of registration from council of homoeopathic medicine west bengal. But I don't have degree certificate how can I get that????? And if still I have to do cch registration from where I can get form and oath form for that...? And copies of mark sheet should be self attested or attested by gazette ???? I have my certificate of registration only from West Bengal , and it has only certificate no. Is that the registration no. ????? And how can I know that I have been registered in state council.???? Sorry for that lots of questions but I thought it will be best to ask all at a time????? Thank you sir.. And please reply.

Sir mai rajasthan s BHMS ki hu. Mujhe provisional registration ke basis pr NOC diya gya hai. aur mujhe apna residents Bihar homoeopathic board m registration krwana hai. To kya mere registration Bihar homoeopathic board m ho jayega???ya hme pahle rajasthan m permanent registration Krna hoga phir NOC lekar Bihar homeopathic board m permanent registration hoga ?? Sir I am intern about to finish my internship in June 2021 at West Bengal (B.V.H.M.C &H). But my domicile is from Uttar Pradesh. Can I directly register in cch Registration or I have to make a registration from any State. And if I have to register at state first so can I register at WBUHS and arrest every documents here in west bengal. Or it will be good for me to register at im state, because I have a domicile of U.P. THANK YOU SIR.

Since you have completed your BHMS from West Bengal, you’ll be getting a state council registration. What you can do is after receiving the registration certificate from the state council you can apply for CCH registration.

If you want get registered in your UP state board/council so, you can do directly by providing your provisional registration certificate. There you will get your permanent registration. There will be no issue.

Dont get confused about selection for subject. Its very hard to get MD seats these days.. So jo milta hai woh grab karo. Each & every subjects is useful. For further queries you can see the previous uploaded videos. Dr Taha made a special video in this topic also.

Currently all BHMS pass outs gets automatically registered in CCH. So if your registration is recent, you don’t need to apply separately in CCH.
