What I find kinda poetic is that, the lyrics really do describe the characters. And no, not the obvious ones like the main cast, but rather, I'm talking specifically about Junko and Tsumugi. They're literally two people in this entire series that 'wanted to be everything at once'

Major props to "Pure as a melody, pure as I wanna be." Not just for giving them both "pure" cause they're the two protagonists, but "melody" of course Kaede, and "as I wanna be" fits Shuichi cause of the ending. Nagito's "as right as a wrong" definitely fits him. I love Chiaki, so good inclusion. Lastly, I liked the Kaito and Maki bit cause they are basically fire and ice.

I might be reading too much into this, but the Kaede and Shuichi part is pretty deep. “Pure as a melody” shows Kaede’s innate optimism and trust, while “pure as I wanna be” shows how Shuichi is more morally gray and defines himself more.
