Releasing the stuff is not fun, it hurts all over again but if you relax and just relax some more - it goes. In its place is joy. Michael Singer changed me from a broken person to someone who can just chill and summon joy on command. I forget often but as soon as I remember I’m back in a lovely state. We all have this capacity inside of us / now that I have it I see it in everyone.

@@karimsabry9502 it’s crazy that you ask about physical pain because this past week I developed acute pain alongside the right side of my body. Level 7-8 pain that threw me into anxiety, stress and lack of sleep made it worse. I then remembered to meditate and do my best to relax… and fortunately found a breathing exercise that has truly helped. Enough for me to find a PT and get some exercises to reduce the pain even more. I’m at a level 2-3 now. I wish I could say I’m all better and back to being peaceful but I can say relaxing helped more than anything else. I hope you are not in a great deal of pain but if you are, I do find Singer’s teachings helpful even for the physical ailments.

1:58 Imagine pushing away your soulmate (or best friend, great mentor) when first meeting them because of something like his example here. "I didn't like them right away" (because something insignificant reminded you of someone who hurt you in the past) and you don't give your soulmate another chance.

I comprehend what he said about based on pushed away old stuff as a perception of how one would like things to be vs the way the universe is unfolding itself have nothing to do with each other. It takes the guesswork out of it entirely. And to realize that the two worlds , not even the least similar from my perception. only a monstrous clash. I had heard something that I will never take lightly again. The joke is really on those that take seriously what the gods meant for fun. A new matto to live by.

I do not oppose to having a mentor, or even a friend mentor. In fact in this new light I perceive it would be most effective . Boundaries that goes without saying. No misunderstandings about where we stand. Simplified.

I feel like I’m going to vomit every morning before work. All because I received consecutive constructive criticism which triggered me to feel small scrutinized inadequate . So now I’m less confident, more nervous , more prone to screw ups and less timely in my tasks. I’m not sure what memory from my past that allowed this to happen lol

Thanks for the wisdom I’ve been feeling more of the infinite joy after reading The Untethered Soul. Using every moment as a fun challenge to raise the vibration. It’s a lot like creating vibration on a violin string you need the friction.

What he asks us to do is extremely difficult. I don't know a single person in this world who doesn't feel sad, depressed or angry when negative events happen in their lives. It's a normal way to react, and we fight for the way we want things to be, because a change is necessary for survival. We may eventually recover and move on with our lives, but negative emotions are part of human nature.
