I love how you guys are authentic and i love watching you guys beacause you make me so happy! I love how you start the day with the Bible and the fun you have, and dance is something i want to do but im too old apparently. But i try to do the most i can at home by streching, and trying to make up routines! Thank you all for what you do! Long days at school and seeing a video makes me smile!

You're never too old to dance! I started dancing at 18 and there are people who started dancing in their 50s or even older! You're still in school so you absolutely can start dancing now. I don't know how old you are but adults beginner classes are usually open to people from 16 years old so look for studios near you that offer open classes.

Thanks! Since we have food allergies in our family, we try not to eat too much dairy. Most of us are sensitive to dairy (and test positive on an allergy test). 🤍

No. We try to avoid dairy. Some of us don’t eat a lot of meat, but we aren’t vegetarian. 🤍
