In this video, I go to a Michelin Bib Gourmand noodle house called Mosnack (茉筱馆) in Chengdu, Sichuan, China. It serves various different noodles and dumplings. The dumplings are house-made and the noodles are from a dedicated supplier. The noodle is cooked al-dente which is a rare occurrence in Chinese noodles but the resulting texture is amazing and unlike anything I've had in the city. This shop also makes its own Doubanjiang (fermented broad bean sauce) in-house. This place in my opinion has the best noodle body in Chengdu.

Su Jiao (vegan chili, I finally explained why it's called vegan when there's pork in it)
Suan Tang Shui Jiao (sour soup dumpling)
Qing Jiao Ji Ding (green chili with chicken dice)
Ganban Douban Chaoshou (dry mixed dumpling with fermented broad bean sauce)
